Rule Of Thirds is when you are able to identify points of interest using lines and inter-sections, and placing the elements of your photograph on them. The idea is to make your images look more engaging and dynamic. Upon taking these image photographers imagine that it is divided in to 9 segments, allowing you to carefully place your most important object along these lines.
Viewpoints
View points are the angles at which photogaphs are taken. Birds Eye View is when a photograph has been taken from above. Worms Eye View is when images are taken from down below, more-overly placing the camera on the ground. Photographers use View Points within their pictures because this may have an impact on the way the audience interprets it. The way a camera is angled when taking images allows your image to become unique and differ from more common photographs.

Framing
Framing is a way of drawing attention and focus to your images by blocking some parts of your image out and it creates composition. Photographers use this technique in order to give the image a sense of depth as the viewers perspective of the image can be solely based upon the way elements have been framed and/or to highlight the subject of the image.
